4. Fees and Payment

Unless otherwise specified in an engagement letter:

• Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date
• We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments at the statutory rate
• We may suspend services if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe

We will treat all information provided to us in connection with our services as confidential, except where:

• The information is or becomes public knowledge other than by breach of this agreement
• The information is disclosed to us by a third party who is lawfully entitled to share it

6. Intellectual Property

We retain all copyright and other intellectual property rights in everything we develop before or during the course of an engagement. You may use and copy materials we create for you for your own internal business purposes, but not for any other purpose without our prior written permission.
